I am a firm believer that you can be the best business minded person on the planet but you need the right team and culture to make everything fall into place.

From the outside owning a business looks like so much fun, It looks like you are instant millionaires and that you the face of the business is it all it takes.

Im here to shine a light on what people present you when investing in a company or what it takes when running a business.

The biggest lesson in business is if you’re in just for the money or to make a quick buck and your intention isn't heart centred your going to fail.

When opening a business your heart, soul and every intention should be about your customer. Getting to know each and everyone on deep level. Excepting any feedback and making changes around your customers needs is first and foremost.

Owning my Business i have come across big and many hard lessons.

Making sure everyone on your ship has the same core values as your own is 100% first and foremost.

Listening to someone speak around What they see and want for your business will show as soon as the honey moon period is over and when the hard work, grit and determination has to take over.

You will soon see the real person in front of you.

I want everyone out there running a business to hear the truth.

Having core values within a business gives you a good indication on who's the right fit and who isn't.

When your employees align with these values you are setting up the ship for success not failure .

Our core values-

TRUST, INTEGRITY, COMMUNICATION, LOYALTY AND COMMUNITY.

All our decisions are based on these 5 core values.

A gym that is loyal to their members, a gym that can trust the team, A gym that communicates thoroughly, A gym that is integral honest and has moral principles.

The strategy and " Business steps " That someone is selling to you isn't what makes the well oiled machine. Its not just you doing the work and taking on every role. (Yes at the start you will need to be in every role.) But as your business grows and your customers base gets bigger you will soon fall behind and fail to meet your customers needs. Don't be afraid to hire people that are better than you at your job. Let that ego drop and allow them to flourish in their zone of genius.

Each and everyone of my employees and my leaders on our leadership team are complete experts in their role. They give their role 100% attention so that nothing goes un missed. They teach me new things everyday. If you cant let go of the rains your business cannot scale and grow. There will simply be no room.

They are able to make quick and strong business decisions because i fully trust their knowledge in the field.

When you allow the trust you give them the wings to make your company soar.

The people on your ship working together with the same values, Intentions and aspirations is what drives the vessel.

I can proudly say that everyone that works with us and along side us is a sailor on our ship.

We work hard to build and except each and everyone of our employees. Every person has a valid contribution. They bring forward amazing ideas that we put into play.

Our Team is what keeps the ship sailing.

Your team is the ones working on the floor with the customer. They should be seen, supported and uplifted.

When your team is feeling acknowledged and supported they will work alongside you just like its their own.

A lot of people in business will tell you to take your emotions out of the business and make cut throat decisions based on what they are seeing right now.

In the first year you will see many ebs and flows, You find your feet and get a really good indication of your seasons.

The first year is your trial run, Dipping your toes in every opportunity you can reach, learning the deep lessons but more importantly really understanding what your business needs.

When someone is telling you that you will make bank in your first year it is complete rubbish.

The hardest lessons are in your first and second and probably even third year.

You trial you fall, You get back up, Something works , somethings don't and thats ok.

You learn the lessons hard and fast and put the lessons into play.

We are here for the long game. The game where you get to make a positive impact on peoples life to change just a snippet in time that will make them a better person.

I want existing business owners to know that you are not alone when times can feel lonely and the hours turn into days, weeks and months.

When you have a dream, you go to the depths of the darkest hours to see that dream start to arrise.

What people don't see are the tears, every second spent on thinking about how you can make it better, give more and be more.

People see you make one decision that has been talked, thought about and prolonged for months on end only to judge and cut you the moment hard decision take place.

What people don't understand is the impact it has on your mental health, your family and your relationship.

If you are here for the short game stop wasting peoples time and the team that wants to work hard. Your business game is not setting up the team, its not supporting the future and the rush to make everything happen NOW will fall to pieces leaving all the work left with the people you once sold the picture to!

It is really important that you look around at the little time you have to yourself to make sure you surround yourself with people that lift and support you.

Unless someone has walked in your shoes, done the hours, made the sacrifices and understands the journey they will tell you to pack up shop and stop working hard and the recurring sentence " Are you sure its worth it"?

The ones that have will tell you "It will all be worth it"

If you are in your business because it is heart centred and you have a longing to be and give the best you possibly can you will keep fighting through the hard times because its all 100% worth it.

The truth is i have never been so broken so excited and so driven all at once.

My business is everything and always will be our legacy we leave long after the years we are gone.

Im so in awe of the community we have built, the team we have alongside us and the dream just keeps getting more alive, Each hour each minute and each second we put towards it. is worth the stress, heartache and lessons along the way.

Keep pushing, keep fighting and know that every lesson is presented to your for growth towards your dream.

Don't back down and fight for what you believe in.

Our dream was always to have what we have built now.

To all the new and existing business owners that have a dream and want the truth.. Here it is

All i can find looking for the people in our position is people selling you the strategy, How to make all your wildest dreams come true in the first year.

The dream is here if your willing to fight, work hard, hire a killer team, and realise that it takes a village.

It takes constant reflection, a firm understanding of where to give and place your energy.

It takes big life changing decisions and changes. It takes a wide understanding on who is playing the game and who is in it for the right reasons.

It is the fight you have with the voice that tells you to give up and the capacity to expand more when you have nothing left to give.

This is why if your dream isn't heart centred it will never work.

Then all of a sudden.. Lesson by lesson, hour after hour, week after week.

You see it.. The little light that shines through that look like someones journey, the email of thanks, the voicemail of someone you have helped, The team that shines bright with their life changing and growing that makes it all completely WORTH IT!
